Как добавить вид снизу в макет координатора с пейджером вида?

Я хочу добавить вид снизу к Coordinator макет с view pager в нем Bottom View будет поверх fragment загружен view pager и не зависит от этого.

Я добавил linear layout с

layout_gravity = "bottom"

но вид снизу linear layout не отображается вообще

Следующее мое xml макет activity,

Как отмечено в комментарии @Dhawal .... Решение состоит в том, чтобы обернуть LinearLayout completeBottomView в FrameLayout с android:layout_gravity="bottom"
