Попробуй использовать:CoreAppXmlConfiguration.Instance.RawElementBasedSearch = true;где-то до теста. Другой вариант - ограничить глубину поиска:CoreAppXmlConfiguration.Instance.RawElementBasedSearch = true;

Для меня эти два подхода позволяют добиться хорошей производительности по сравнению с настройками по умолчанию.
