Ошибка региона при попытке доступа к Google Cloud Bigtable с помощью Spark из ноутбука Jupyter

Я пытаюсь запустить параллельный доступ к Google Cloud Bigtable из Jupyter Notebook с ядром PySpark. Из терминала, в котором работает ноутбук Jupyter, я могу без проблем получить доступ к экземпляру Bigtable в GCloud. Кроме того, коннекторы google.cloud.bigtable и google.cloud.happybase прекрасно работают в одной и той же записной книжке Jupyter (но они не обрабатывают априорное распараллеливание вызовов Bigtable).

Любая подсказка, что я могу делать здесь не так?

К вашему сведению, я использую Spark 2.0.2, Hadoop 2.7.3, Python 2.7.12, google-cloud-bigtable 0.26.0, com.google.cloud.bigtable:bigtable-hbase-1.1:0.2.2 в Google кластер данных.

Какую версию bigtable-hbase вы используете? Можете попробовать с последней версией? bigtable-hbase-1.x-hadoop:1.0.0-pre3? Также, пожалуйста, обновите ваш конфиг следующим образом:

  • "hbase.client.connection.impl": "com.google.cloud.bigtable.hbase1_x.BigtableConnection"
  • Удалить "google.bigtable.zone.name" & "google.bigtable.cluster.name"
  • добавлять "google.bigtable.instance.id": ""
  • убедитесь, что netty-tcnative-boringssl-static:1.1.33.Fork26 находится в пути к классам
