Вы должны поддерживать свой код, как показано ниже.

Ваша структура кода выглядит так, как будто вам нужно 2 столбца в одной строке.
Дизайн должен быть col-md-4 а также col-md-8 в настольной версии.
А в мобильных и планшетных устройствах дизайн должен выглядеть как в выпадающем столбце, как col-sm-12,
