bxslider работает только с вертикальной прокруткой, а не с горизонтальной

Question

Я пытаюсь реализовать bxslider на боковой панели сайта, но по какой-то причине он работает, только когда я устанавливаю режим "вертикальный", когда я устанавливаю режим "горизонтальный", который должен быть по умолчанию, или вообще ничего не ставлю для режима ползунковые переходы не работают. Я пытаюсь создать слайдер, показывающий по 1 слайду за раз и автоматически переходящий к следующему слайду, но даже при работающей вертикальной прокрутке мне все равно приходится вручную нажимать на пейджер, чтобы перейти к следующему слайду. Я добрый тупик на проблему.

Я смог это исправить. Это была ошибка CSS, когда я давал bxslider максимальную ширину.
