Не удается заставить WPF передать фокус из дочернего элемента управления UserControl

Question

Я определил UserControl называется TouchTextBox, Я получил TouchTextBox сосредоточить внимание на TextBox когда он получает фокус. Этот элемент управления используется как дочерний элемент управления для пары UserControlкоторые затем используются в моем MainWindow, Когда этот элемент управления получает фокус, он отображает всплывающее окно в соответствии с назначением. Но почему-то не перестает фокусироваться, когда я нажимаю на другой элемент управления или нажимаю вкладку.
