Решение

После долгих поисков и обсуждения со Skyscanner я, наконец, обнаружил, что такие API не предоставляются ими.

Но я успешно реализовал Travel API, я знаю, что многие из вас ищут его, поэтому я публикую здесь код для всех вас:)

Замените фиктивный ключ, конечно.

Это дает вам xml. Вы получаете дамп json, если вы делаете это:
curl http://partners.api.skyscanner.net/apiservices/geo/v1.0?apiKey=aslkdjhfasdbfaodyf2309y232 > airport.json
