Я пытаюсь реализовать "поиск и замена всех". У меня есть 2 указателя для мониторинга символов nclude #include #include с использованием пространства имен std;

Вы не проверяете случай, когда strstr() не находит строку поиска. Возвращается NULL в этом случае, и ваш цикл while не будет делать правильные вещи в этом случае.
