Невозможно прикрепить процесс при использовании команды jinfo

Процесс 51086 является процессом JVM

$ jps

я хочу посмотреть статус процесса 51086, но поймать исключение:

если я использую команду jmap、jstat, также поймать приведенное выше исключение, почему?
