Невозможно собрать gtk-sharp 3 на Mac OS X через Mono

Я получил последний код gtk-sharp из их репозитория Github, но не смог пройти этап автоконфинга. Сначала это не удавалось, потому что он не мог найти компилятор Mono C#, но я смог это исправить, настроив $PKG_CONFIG_PATH переменная. Теперь он дает мне ту же проблему с GTK, которую я определенно установил (через brew) - как 2.0, так и 3.0, и скорректировал переменную.
