Мультиформная передача данных на сервер с помощью iPhone SDK

Я пытался следовать некоторым примерам для загрузки данных на сайт. Я хочу сохранить сообщение как текстовый файл. Есть идеи, что здесь делать?

Вот файл upload.php. Я предполагаю, что проблема с этим, но не уверен. Я не знаю, где имя файла установлено в примере выше. Этот код был использован откуда-то еще.

Я отправляю изображение на сервер через этот код.... используйте для вашего текстового файла или любого типа данных мультиформ
