Этот код предоставляет функциональность, которая переходит к следующей ошибке, и, если это ошибка flymake, отображает информацию для нее, если это ошибка flyspell, она исправляет ее для вас. Если вы не хотите автокоррекции, снимите комментарий в строке, которая вызывает 'my-flyspell-message и удалите строку перед тем, что вызывает 'flyspell-auto-correct-word - и вы просто получите сообщение о том, что слово написано с ошибкой.
