Ошибка CURL NSS -5990 (PR_IO_TIMEOUT_ERROR)

Question

Иногда curl возвращает ошибку, а иногда работает отлично

Когда это работает, я получаю ниже вывода

[root@srv ~]# curl -v --verbose domain

Когда это не удается

Что это за ошибка и почему иногда она терпит неудачу?
