Я не могу установить twilio gem, так как получаю сообщение об ошибке при установке install libxml

Это сообщение об ошибке, которое я получаю в CLI. Я пробовал решения, приведенные в других сообщениях, как, sudo gem install twilio-ruby но это не сработало. Я использую Mac с Sierra. У меня была такая же проблема на MacOS Sierra. В моем случае решение было обновить инструменты XCode:xcode-select --install
