Документация для пакинации Jekyll гласит:

Разбивка на страницы работает только в файлах HTML

Разбиение на страницы не работает из файлов Markdown или Textile с вашего сайта Jekyll. Разбивка на страницы работает при вызове из файла HTML с именем index.htmlкоторый, возможно, может находиться в подкаталоге и производить пагинацию через paginate_path значение конфигурации.

Так что если вы хотите, чтобы ваш блог был на URL /articles/ а также /articles/N/укажите это в вашей конфигурации:

paginate_path: "/articles/:num/"

И разместить index.html файл внутри articles каталог, в котором перечислены сообщения для текущей страницы:

РЕДАКТИРОВАТЬ: Я думаю, что ваша проблема была вашей paginate_path установка. Вы установили его на '/page-:num/'поэтому Джекилл Пагинат искал index.html в корне вашего сайта.

Для меня решение было:

Что вам нужно сделать, если вы хотите, чтобы ваша страница блога была за пределами index.html полностью.

В вашем этом blog/index.html вам нужно добавить это, чтобы отобразить страницу блога (home макет там, где у вас есть paginator.posts)
