скроет tabLayout
у меня есть другой coordinatorLayout

, это fragment
раздувается в ViewPager

отражается только в coordinator layout

а не в родительской coordinator layout

Вам нужно настроить свой CHILD CoordinatorLayout, позволить ему реализовать NestedScrollingChild (oriordinatorlayout не реализовал его) и переопределить некоторые функции, чтобы разрешить отправку вложенного события прокрутки в ваш PARENT CoordinatorLayout.
К сожалению, это не поддерживается CoordinatorLayout

Проверьте код в NestedScrollingChildHelper.startNestedScroll()
а также CoordinatorLayout.onStartNestedScroll()
, вложенное событие прокрутки "расходуется", если один из Behavior
с вашего внутреннего CoordinatorLayout
потребляет его, и не будет дальше распространяться.
