Значение не попадает в ожидаемую погрешность диапазона

Я занимаюсь разработкой приложения ASP.Net MVC 4. У меня есть модуль, который отправляет счет по электронной почте (используя MVCMailer)

по какой-то причине я получаю ошибку: Value does not fall within the expected range

Если я перебираю код, он работает безо всякой ошибки, но как только я запускаю его, я получаю эту ошибку. Раздел, выдающий ошибку:
