Сбой команды npm install из-за node-libcurl

Question

При выполнении npm install это терпит неудачу из-за узла-libcurl. У меня он успешно работает на MacOSX, но на моем Ubuntu Box он не работает. Любые предложения о том, что идет не так и что я могу сделать, чтобы это исправить.

Изучив глубины интернета, я обнаружил, что происходит. Моя библиотека python не была обновлена, что привело к сбою установки. Я обновил Python самостоятельно, не используя sudo apt-get upgrade но sudo apt-get update python,
