Radiant is an elegant CMS written for Ruby on Rails that stresses the DRY principle and exposes both structure and content to site administrators and also provides a plugin/extension facility. It includes its own Radius XML tags in order to expose dynamic programming features to site administrators in structural as well as content-oriented code.
