Убедитесь, что вы используете новейшие Eclipse, Eclipse Plugin и JDK. Может быть, даже обновить свой JRE.

В противном случае попробуйте установить весь ADT-Bundle. Это своего рода Eclipse IDE с предустановленным плагином.
