Решение

Это ошибка в древнем gcc/g++ 4.4, поставляемом с CentOS 6. Обновите CentOS 7 с более новым g ++ или попросите сопровождающих RcppArmadillo обновить до последней версии Armadillo (4.550.2), в которой есть обходной путь для ошибка в g ++.

Версия 4.500 работает на CentOS 6
